REMI Wellness Coaching Terms & Conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • Agreement: This Website is owned and operated by REMI Wellness, LLC d/b/a REMI Wellness Coaching (the "Company"). Your access to and use of the Website, its content, and products is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By continuing to access the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any Company policies (including the Privacy Policy and Disclaimers).

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to use the Website. For purchases, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.

  • Changes: These Terms are subject to change at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

  • Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website or its content immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

2. No Medical Advice or Patient Relationship

  • Informational Purpose: The Website, content, products, courses, and coaching services are for informational and educational purposes only.

  • No Medical Care: The Company does not and cannot provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or specific medical advice. The services do not create a provider-patient relationship with the Company or K.D. Vanek.

  • Professional Consultation: Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider for medical conditions. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something read on this Website.

  • Emergencies: If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately.

  • Telehealth: Medical services (patient relationship) are exclusively provided through the separate Telehealth Platform to established patients. Communication outside of this platform is not considered confidential medical information.

3. Intellectual Property and Limited License

  • Ownership: All images, text, designs, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and course materials (including worksheets, videos, lessons, etc.) are the property of the Company or are properly attributed.

  • Prohibition: It is a violation of federal law to use, modify, reproduce, reprint, republish, distribute, share, or claim ownership over any of the Company's intellectual property without prior written consent.

  • Limited License (Purchased Materials): When you purchase a product or course, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for non-commercial use only. You may access, download, and/or print materials for your personal use only. Sharing purchased materials with non-purchasers is prohibited.

  • Penalties: The Company reserves the right to prosecute infringers to the fullest extent of the law, including seeking financial penalties and injunctions.

4. User Contributions and Communications

  • License to Company: By submitting comments, photos, videos, or other materials to any platform owned or maintained by the Company (including social media groups), you grant the Company a non-revocable, commercial license to re-publish your submission, in whole or in part, unless you explicitly state otherwise.

  • No Confidentiality: Communications made through public-facing website features (contact forms, blog comments, etc.) are not confidential and may be viewed and distributed by third parties. The Company owns and may republish user-generated content without credit or royalties.

  • Model Release: You grant a license for the use of any image(s) you voluntarily submit (e.g., profile photos) for any reasonable future business use. The Company is not obligated to notify you of publication.

  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit any illegal or unlawful content, including communications that are libelous, obscene, abusive, or infringe on others' intellectual property or privacy interests.
